Management Team

Roger Carlsson  Executive Chairman

The Founder and Executive Chairman of the FCT Group of Companies.  During his 30 years in the industry, Roger has been a member of most major derivatives exchanges and is a current member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.  Roger is a past Director of LIFFE and NYSE Euronext.


J. William Twenty  Director and Chief Financial Officer

A Director and the Chief Financial Officer of all FCT Group of Companies entities.  Bill has 36 years experience in the finance, treasury and banking fields. He was the former Managing Director of Tate & Lyle’s International Finance.


Michael Wong  Director

A Director of most FCT Group of Companies entities.  With more than 30 years experience in the futures industry, Michael is a past Director of the Singapore Commodity Exchange and a founding member of the Gold Exchange in Singapore which became SIMEX.  He is currently affiliated with Phillip Capital.


Yvonne Lau  Director

A Director of most FCT Group of Companies entities.  Yvonne has more than 15 years experience in the financial services industry.  She is a former Managing Director of Ong First Traditions Pte Ltd and FIMAT Asia Pte Ltd which is currently NewEdge.

 

Ernest Chen  Director and Head of FCT Real Estate

The Head of FCT Real Estate.  Ernest has over 10 years of experience in real estate investment and management in the Greater China region.  He is a qualified solicitor and was formerly with Sinclair Roche & Temperley (London), now merged with Stephenson Harwood.

 

Najam Hussain  Head of Research

The Vice President of Alternative Investments and Head of Research for the FCT Group of Companies.  Najam has over 10 years experience in the financial sector.  He has worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston (Europe) and in leveraged finance at ABN AMRO NV.

 

Brenda Farrell  Financial Controller

The Financial Controller of all the FCT Group of Companies.  Brenda has over 20 years experience in the industry and has been affiliated with several FCM’s during her career.  Brenda is a Certified Public Accountant and was formerly an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand.

 

Carrie Hague  Corporate Secretary

The Corporate Secretary of all the FCT Group of Companies.  Carrie has over 30 years experience in the futures industry, 20 with FCT.  She has worked with major FCMs including Rosenthal Collins.

 

Mario Kyriacou Head of Derivatives and Clearing

Head of Derivatives and Clearing for the FCT Group of Companies.  Mario has over 10 years experience in the financial sector.  He has worked with major organizations including Intercontinental Exchange.
